Rachel Vernon
Rachel is NASM-certified in Personal Training and Group Exercise, with a specialty in Nutrition Coaching. Her love for health, fitness, and overall wellness is matched by her commitment to every client that she sees. She is dedicated to showing the Buffalo community the endless benefits of Kinesis training, helping clients of all ages and fitness levels build strength, improve movement, and achieve their goals. Rachel’s mission is to inspire confidence and to create a space that is safe and motivating for all. In her free time she loves to go camping, line dancing/country swing dancing and spending time with her puppy Daisy, two cats, boyfriend and family.

Kinesis Trainer
Marisa Kisker
Marisa holds a BFA in dance from SUNY Buffalo and is an ISSA certified fitness trainer with specialties in one on one, group, and youth strength & conditioning . Her passion for health and wellness coincides with her energy & enthusiasm. Through her dance and fitness training, she is adept in helping youth, teens, adults, and seniors, through programs that are tailored to meet individual needs. She embraces her free time with her family, including her 3 beautiful children, as well as supporting her favorite teams. Marisa is thrilled to be part of the Kinesis Strength & Fitness family. Melissa Banks
Melissa is NASM-certified in Personal training with over 15 years of experience leading both large and small group training, known for her quiet intensity and ability to meet people exactly where they are in their fitness journey. She coaches with intention so members stay engaged, feel successful, and continue to make real progress toward their goals. With high energy, a love of physical challenge, and a deep appreciation for great music, her classes are focused, powerful, and fully immersive. Outside the studio, Melissa is a proud mom of two, an animal lover, and a big believer in fueling success both inside and outside the gym.
